Ms. Krupali Shah

Ms. Krupali Shah is the Technical Director for Revital Healthcare (EPZ) Ltd, Kenya.

 

A Graduate with a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from University of Tasmania (Hobart, Australia), her research was focused towards improving outcomes in patients with Diabetic Retinopathy with promising results, and is what drives her vision towards improving healthcare in Africa.

 

Utilizing her extensive knowledge and experience, she executed the production of the first locally produced Viral Transport Medium Kits for testing during the COVID-19 Pandemic and introduced Rapid Diagnostic Tests for COVID-19 and high burden diseases such as Malaria and HIV with more to come. This highlights Revital’s and Kenya’s excellence as a manufacturing powerhouse for medical products, with much more innovation to come over the next decade.

 

Her motivation comes from knowing that Africa has a bright future, and she strives to ensure that Revital Healthcare is part of the community that is developing sustainable health solutions for Africa and creating an inclusive healthcare sector across Africa and beyond.
