Mokgadi-Mashishi

Mokgadi Mashishi is the Business Unit Director at Organon SA and SSA, responsible for English and Portuguese African countries (Established brands and Women’s Health), Biosimilars and Institutional Business Africa (focusing on Women’s Health).

 

She is a qualified dietician with over 23 years’ experience in healthcare spanning from public sector, academia, and pharmaceutical industry. Mokgadi has worked in pharma industry, for generic and multinational companies, for over 18 years, assuming various roles and her career highlights include serving as Franchise Lead, Chief of Staff, Business Unit Director and a member of Board of Directors for Organon SA and SSA.

 

Mokgadi holds a PDM from Wits Business School, a BSc Dietetics from MEDUNSA (now Sefako Makgatho University) and she has completed a Business Leadership Programme through Duke University and Professional Business Coaching through GIBS.
