Dr. Ouma Oluga

Dr. Fredrick Ouma Oluga is the Chief Officer of Health in Nairobi Metropolitan Services (NMS).
He served as the Kenya Medical Practitioners Pharmacists and Dentists Union (KMPDU) Secretary General.
He is an alumnus of the University of Nairobi School of Medicine where he graduated with Masters in Medicine.
